Semi-Private Group Training
How It Works
Workout Programs: With semi-private training, each athlete gets the advantage of training in a group atmosphere while still receiving specific, individualized attention. Each athlete will have a progressive workout program written specifically for them by one of our coaching staff. Each program is written around both the athlete's individual goals (strength, building muscle, speed/agility, specific conditioning, etc) and their training age/experience. Each program will also have considerations for in-season team practices and workouts; athletes will progress without overtraining. We pride ourselves on making sure each athlete makes safe, appropriate progression while learning proper techniques and habits for training in the future. All workouts are monitored and coached by our training staff.
Workout Attendance and Cost: The semi-private training program cost is $200 for 10 sessions. The sessions are purchased and used as a punchcard system - athletes can sign up for as many or as little workouts as they would like each week. This will allow for flexibility in their week-to-week practice, school, and travel schedules. Athletes will sign up for their desired time slot, and have between 1 and 1.5 hours to go through their workout plan for the day.

Athletes participating in this program need to be at least 13-14 years old with experience working with a strength and conditioning coach.
