Semi-Private Group Training
How It Works
Workout Programs: With semi-private training, each athlete gets the advantage of training in a group atmosphere while still receiving specific, individualized attention. Each athlete will have a progressive workout program written specifically for them by one of our coaching staff. Each program is written around both the athlete's individual goals (strength, building muscle, speed/agility, specific conditioning, etc) and their training age/experience. Each program will also have considerations for in-season team practices and workouts; athletes will progress without overtraining. We pride ourselves on making sure each athlete makes safe, appropriate progression while learning proper techniques and habits for training in the future. All workouts are monitored and coached by our training staff.
Workout Attendance and Cost: The semi-private training program is offered in two different monthly packages: $315/month for unlimited training each week, and $200/month for 2x/week training. These two options gives the needed flexibility for each athlete's individual physical and schedule demands. Athletes will sign up for their desired training day(s), and can attend anytime within the 3.5-5 hour available training window to complete each workout (see schedule here).
Use the registration page to sign up for this program - be sure to register for a training package before signing up for individual training days. Make sure to give us 24-48 hours after you register for our staff to contact you/your athlete about their training goals. You can also send that info directly to us at the contact email listed below. Athletes participating in this program need to be at least 13 years old with strength training experience.
