Our Summer Fundamentals of Strength and Athleticism camp is for any athlete who wants to find ways to improve themselves! Designed for any and all athletes who are new to a gym/training setting OR who want to train in a less intense environment, this 11 week summer program will focus on improving balance, flexibility, body control and strength, and build the foundations needed to improve speed and conditioning. Working in a group environment, each athlete will get the exposure and individual coaching attention to see the growth they need for their individual sport and performances! Our goal is for each athlete to walk away with ed to grow without overloading their bodies. By the end of summer, our goal is each athlete walking away with a better understanding of how their bodies move, how to properly workout in the gym, and to have a better appreciation of the benefits of training to their continued growth.
