After you register, a member of our staff will contact you to get information needed to build the workout plan. Please have an idea of how many days per week the athlete will be training, goals to achieve in the gym, and any other information you would like our training team to know.

*During registration, please be sure to use the athlete's name, not a parent's, to sign up. If you are signing up multiple athletes, please create an individual profile for each person; you will need a different email for each account. If you are planning on extended times of travel through the summer, ask us about payment options to fit your schedule. You can contact Jared at with any questions.
