Semi-Private Group Training

How It Works

Workout Programs: With semi-private training, each athlete gets the advantage of training in a group atmosphere while still receiving specific, individualized progression. Each athlete will have a progressive workout program written specifically for them by one of our coaching staff. Each program is written around both the athlete's individual goals (strength, building muscle, speed/agility, specific conditioning, etc) and their training age/experience. We pride ourselves on making sure each athlete makes safe, appropriate progression while learning proper techniques and habits for training in the future. All workouts are monitored and coached by our training staff.

Workout Attendance: As a part of the program, each person can attend as many workouts each week as they would like (see the weekly schedule here). Athletes will sign up for their desired time slot, and have between 1 and 1.5 hours to go through their workout plan for the day. To keep a quality athlete-coach ratio, there will be a maximum of 10 people per training hour.

Overview and Cost: The semi-private training program cost is $300 per month. This cost encompasses unlimited training each week with our coaches, access to the gym for all workouts, and an individualized, progression based program designed for each athlete.

Use the registration link to sign up for this program. After registering, our staff will be contacting you to get information needed to build the workout program. Athletes participating in this program need to be at least 13-14 years old with experience working with a strength and conditioning coach.
